4.4 Subscription and Auto-Ship Programs

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the recurring interval and price disclosed at the time of enrollment. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@tryalphagenix.com prior to the next billing date. Cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once a shipment has been processed.

4.5 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax regulations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

5.2 Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date estimates provided are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been tendered to the shipping carrier.

5.4 Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you and are not obligated to reship or refund orders delivered to the address you supplied.

6. Return and Refund Policy

6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

6.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• You must contact us at support@tryalphagenix.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

6.3 Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryalphagenix.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
